Getting the wedding photos back was disappointing due to the fact that 1) a lot of my photos I filled out on the shot list did not get taken and/or 2) the few photos that were taken that I requested was done so in really bad lighting and is not attractive, and even after sending back for edits, it made no difference. The photographers were nice the day of, but were very unprepared. I questioned their experience. They didn’t carry around the shot list, so it felt very unorganized, and they did not offer any direction during portraits. My bridesmaid and matron of honor had to guide the posing, lighting, etc. I wish I was able to discuss vision and goals with my photographer well in advance instead of a few days BEFORE the wedding, as I was already flustered in getting other things prepared for the day. I don’t think I was assigned a photographer until that time (something I wasn’t aware of). So just incase someone is reading this, I would just make sure you are able to speak with the photographer(s) well ahead of your wedding date and make sure they have a good idea of what you want and that you can feel confident with them as moving toward the wedding day. For the $$ I paid, I definitely feel less than satisfied with the quality of the photos. 😢

Also, any hiccups we encountered, they were quick to rectify! The videographers and photographer were super friendly and fun on the day too! Would definitely recommend Epic - ho hesitation.

Our videographer Amalia Segura was also extremely helpful and made sure to get every shot same as the photos. We loved the video and all the photos. I couldn't recommend Epic more.

We were not about to capture our first dance or our vowels.

They made advanced planning a breeze! Everyone was incredibly professional all-around! I had the two photographers and two videographers package, and I'm so glad I did that! I felt like a queen on the day of my wedding; The whole team took care of my party and me the entire time! Justin was so friendly! It was a hot day in Texas, and I appreciated that they brought me water while we were outside taking pictures. They are seriously so kind and went above and beyond for my day! My photos and video came out amazing! I feel like my pictures could be in a magazine! I felt like I would be super awkward during my pictures, but they guided me the entire way and told us all how to pose so that it came across as more candid! We were all having such a good time that I had my guests coming up to me asking me if my photographers and videographers were my friends because they were so fun to be around! They also helped me with a timeline to help me feel organized, and we're very detailed about asking what kind of pictures I wanted! HIRE THEM!!!

e the wedding we had follow up calls regarding the forms I filled out regarding what I do and do not want to see in my photos and videos. The day of the wedding, my photographer and two videographers got to work right when they arrived, checked in on me and made sure I was okay with different locations that were shot, and kept us with the timeline. When me and the girls were running behind, they came up with quick solutions! So so happy with how the photos and videos turned out. Me and my husband cried while watching it the first time. Highly recommended using epic if you want to have a beautifully documented wedding!!

his case, we got so much more. They would email us periodically leading to the wedding to help us pick the style and what shots were most important to us. Then the day of the guys were extremely professional, creative, and friendly. My daughter would say Hi to our main photographer and no matter what he was doing he would tell her Hi. They showed up a couple of hours before the ceremony and stayed to the very end, almost 12 hours. Then the photos were given to us about 3 weeks later. I highly recommend using Epic!
